EUROCENTER, Miramarska 23, Zagreb is the first facility in the Republic of Croatia which has 2014. obtained the international BREEAM certificate of green building.

During 2015, the BRE Building Research Establishment Ltd. has raised and upgraded the certification standards for green construction, and Eurocenter's investments in modernization of business and energy efficiency has again met very high demands.

After the thorough analysis and audit of the facility in September 2017, of the nine key areas: management, energy, water, land use and ecology, health, transport, materials, waste and pollution; Eurocenter has confirmed its highly successful very good rating.

BREEAM certificate of green building puts the spotlight on healthy interior for tenants, low consumption of water and electricity, lowering harmful emissions, reduce waste being sent to landfill and lower operating costs.
